2023-02-25 I traveled 100 km, I'm drained!

I left Pochomil at 8:24.

I hardly rode on pavement for 38 km. I couldn't get a good cadence.

I finally joined route 2 to my delight. I could finally drive without problems at 30 km/h. I was happy to find a smoother surface.

I finally arrived in León after driving 100 km. It was a very big day, it was hot and I consumed no less than 8 bottles of Gatorade. It's my gas to move forward. I could even add that I consumed 4.8 liters / 100 km

Each bottle costs 35 cordobas ($1.31 CAD) for 600 ml. I paid 280 Nio so $10.45 CAD.

I found myself a nice room for $16 USD near the tourist center.

I'm tired, I'm drained. It really is the case to say it with some intestinal problems. Sorry for the details.

I hope I will be better tomorrow.

I'm going to visit more in depth this beautiful colonial city which was once the capital of Nicaragua.
