House Prices and Correlation I tried to explain correlation this year in #cst4

I asked the students if there was a relationship between the number of bedrooms and the price of a house.

So I asked the students to collaborate to build a database, using a #googleform and a #GoogleSheets file .

The point clouds were being built in real time!!! It was magical!

We could also observe several criteria such as the average price of houses in #sherbrooke , the number of bedrooms and the number of bathrooms.

Is there a correlation between all these variables?

That was the question of the day! In 2 periods the students listed 396 houses!!!
